Mark R. Scialdone, Esq.

Principal Attorney

For the past 10 years, Attorney Scialdone’s practice has focused exclusively on family law, probate law, and elder law/estate planning. He prides himself on the reputation he has earned in the community: In 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 202, he was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star - an honor limited to no more than 2.5% of lawyers within Massachusetts.

In 2015, Mark founded the Law Offices of Mark R. Scialdone with the goal of providing superior legal services to a diverse range of clients. His strengths derive from his broad experience. From 2012 until 2015, Mark refined his litigation skills while working for a Boston-based law office. Prior, he worked at a small law firm in Beverly, Massachusetts, where he focused on family law and probate litigation. Prior to being admitted as a lawyer in Massachusetts, Mark worked at a prestigious French law firm in Paris, France.

Mark attributes much of his success as a lawyer to the personal relationships that he develops with each client. He understands that every client has a unique set of issues and therefore a personalized approach is necessary. Mark draws on his extensive experience in the Probate and Family Court to provide practical advice to his clients.

Mark was born and raised in Beverly, Massachusetts. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid traveler who tries to go at least once a year to a place he has never been. People are often surprised to learn that Mark was a Division 1 college gymnast and that he is a dual American-Italian citizen.
